Incorporating a bit of yoga folded in with some meditation, and topped with some soothing instrumentation, a sound bath is a delicious experience for your ears, your mind, and your soul.

A feast for the eyes, and nose (?) a livestock show is a wonderful opportunity to see the best in breed of all types of animals. 
Join Kim and Michelle, on a rather strongly scented stroll through the massive barns of the Fort Worth Stock Show, a part of the annual Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, one of the cities largest events!

Get a taste of what cool local vendors and artisans have to offer by checking out pop-up markets and vendor fairs! Kim and Michelle support local small businesses and head out to The Rock n Roll Rummage Sale, formerly known as Lola's Rock n Roll Rummage Sale, in Ft. Worth, TX.

What do you know about cowgirls? Well, it’s high time you satisfy your appetite for knowledge with a tall order of awesome exhibits and artifacts all about these amazing women! From trick riding and busting broncos, to sharp shooting and creating new paths - this group includes the first woman to serve as a United States Supreme Court Justice - cowgirls are quite an impressive bunch. Join Kim and Michelle as they learn, explore and chew the fat with Lisa Cartwright, from the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame.

Grab your sketch pad and pencils because it's time for art class – well, a nude drawing class, to be exact. But Kim and guest host Jacq were not on the menu and kept their skivvies on. They sense your disappointment.

Reminiscing and dancing to the tasty tunes of the 80s is a great time for everyone. This week, Kim and Michelle twinkle their toes at Arcadia, a monthly DJ night featuring sets by DJs Gabe and La Bruja from Away from the Numbers, and sip some tea with the creator of the alternative calendar Other Voices DFW, Mercedes Mendez.
